Qualification:
He started in corporate America as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, shaping Health and Beauty brands in one of the most competitive marketing environments in the world. From there, he moved to Eli Lilly and Company as a Global Marketing and Sales Executive, where he launched the company’s National Speaker Development program for its Neuroscience division. Along the way, he earned his MBA in Marketing and Business Economics from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Earlham College.
In September 2006, Eric planted New Horizons Church in Indianapolis. He has served as its Founding Senior Pastor ever since, guiding the congregation toward its 20th anniversary in the fall of 2026.
Most leaders choose one lane. Eric built a career in both and discovered that the same wisdom that wins in the marketplace is the wisdom that has been guiding leaders since Solomon. That conviction became the foundation for Wiggins Legacy Group, the platform Eric founded to help leaders build careers and legacies on something sturdier than trends and titles.
Eric has since authored Wisdom for Winning at Work, a 30-day leadership devotional, and continues to write, speak, and coach leaders who want to lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose in every arena of their lives.
Today, Eric equips leaders through his books, keynote speaking, executive coaching and consulting, leadership development, courses, and conferences. Whether you’re leading a team, a company, or a congregation, Eric’s message is the same: wisdom wins.
